STRAWBERRY SALE:
Gallons for $35, 2 gallons for $60!
We had our biggest harvest yet of strawberries yesterday and rain is in the forecast for market! We want them all to find good homes so we are offering gallons of delicious red ripe strawberries for $35, or 2 for $60.

Email us to reserve your strawberries! You can pick them up at the farm or at the RAD Farmers Market from 3-6pm.

Its time for strawberry shortcake and strawberry jam, strawberry smoothies and strawberry rhubarb pie! No time to make jam right now? Strawberries freeze well and frozen strawberries make great jam. The key to making them easy to use (for jam, smoothies, ice cream, whatever) is to freeze them on a cookie sheet before you put them together in your freezer bag. Remove the hulls, spread them out in a single layer on the cookie sheet, put in the freezer for a couple of hours. Then place in your freezer bag. Voila! Strawberries all summer long!
